Page Not Found Error Thrown in OUCSS After Initial Login

After logging into OUCSS, instead of the default landing page being displayed, OUCSS throws a Page Not Found error ("Page that you have tried to access is either deleted or not found"). The issue may also been seen after successfully reaching the default landing page and navigating to other portal pages.
