P6 Professional "Not Responding" When Clicking a Menu Item (Doc ID 2075618.1)

Symptoms

Primavera Professional Client is hanging and displays "not responding" when any menu item is accessed.

This issue occurs randomly when accessing different menu items.


Event Viewer contains several events like this (also for other processes):

The program PM.exe version 8.3.0.6424 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed.
To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
