Cannot Change Demantra Database Password In Encryption (Doc ID 2075793.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, BusModeler

When attempting to change demantra schema password from Schema Properties Encryption
the following error occurs.

PowerBuilder Application Execution Error (R0003)
Application terminated.
Error: Array boundary exceeded at line 27 in function of_blob2hex of object n_cryptoapi.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Demantra_home\Demand Planner\Security Management folder.
2. Double click on encryption.exe .
3. Modify the Password field.
4. Save.
5. Get error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, after changing demantra schema password, the users cannot set up the new password in the Schema Properties Encryption tool. This prevents the uses to log into Business Modeler and configure user, series or levels. This is happening in every instance.
