Creating new PSR Order using New From feature does Not clear the Billing Activation Date field (Doc ID 2075945.1)

Symptoms

Creating a new PSR order using the New From feature does NOT clear out the Bill Activation Date field.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management

2. Service Requests

3. Query for some previously completed PSR orders

4. Right click on a PSR order and select the "New From..." menu option

5. Note the Bill Activation Date field is not cleared out

 



Business Impact

Due to this behavior, incorrect data can be sent to the Billing system.
