Symptoms

Actual Behavior

When logged into Web Client using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), unable to select list value from the drop down list. The value always jump back to first row.


Expected Behavior

When logged into Web Client using IE11, able to select list value from the drop down list.


Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch IE11, and login to Web Client
2. Run Advanced Search
3. Configure Criteria, and set a list attribute to the criteria. The list attribute need to have many list values that can be selected.
4. Scroll down the drop down list and try to select the list value. See the value always jump back to the first value in the list, and the list value cannot be selected.
