P6 EPPM Check Schedule Not Working (Doc ID 2076122.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Check Schedule tool, Weblogic crashes and the following error appears in the P6 Web Access HTML Log:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to P6 Web application
2. Open a project
3. Select Check Schedule
4. Weblogic crashes
5. Errors in P6 Web Access logs
