While doing a TAPE mount request in a DRIVE, DIVA MANAGER receives the error ' DRIVE IN USE ' (corresponds to [54:DRIVE_IN_USE] in DIVA logs).
The mount request fails and the request is ABORTED.
When looking in DIVA Control GUI, the DRIVE is reported as empty DIVA : no TAPE in DRIVE.
Checking via ACSLS the DRIVE is also reported as empty : no TAPE in DRIVE.
When the operator goes to Storagetek Library Console, reports shows that a TAPE is present in the DRIVE.
It is not possible to change the status of the DRIVE from the ACSLS although using the command ' vary drive '.
