Symptoms

When running Records Load Batch Process for Initial Sync using D1-SmartMeter BO with D1-DFLTSTAT pre-processing script the script move statement fails before adding the bo instance, the error java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1 at java.lang.String.charAt(String.java:686) is thrown.
