GRC 8.6.5: Access Synchronization Error - java.io.IOException: No space left on device (Doc ID 2076396.1)

Symptoms

On : In Application Access Controls Governor (AACG) 8.6.5.9500 -  PeopleSoft 9.2

AACG is used to report segregation of duties(SOD) in the business applications. Access synchronization was working at 8.6.5.500 level, but after upgrading to version8.6.5.9500 when attempting to run access synchronization, the program ends with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GRC with admin user.
2. Run Access Data synch
