Generic System Error When Trying To Perform User Administration Tasks Or Click On "Access Control"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to open a Company User or Group under the User Administration page, user is receiving a Generic System Error.
This can also occur when trying to click on "Access Control" under "Company Workspace." and the user will get the same Generic System Error.
Example of Generic System Error received when using application as described above:
"The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
