Symptoms

On : 8.0.0 version, Administration_OFSS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Date tab is not enabled in Identity Management -> User creation screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Calendar control should open up for selecting start date, end date, and the date of birth of the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFSAAI with SYSADMN
2. Identity Management -> User Maintenance
3. Try clicking the Data control

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new users in OFSAAI.
