Symptoms

ISSUE:

Object OCL_DCIF_MIGRATE is invalid after upgrading OC 4.6.0 to 4.6.6.9. Customer's path was:

OC 4.6.0 -> OC4.6.2
OC 4.6.2 -> OC 4.6.6
PDR 5.1.0.66

Customer applied all the patches first in the filesystem, then upgrade the database.
