Available Quantity Shows Infinite Supply in the 'Related Items' Window of the 'Sales Orders' Form (Doc ID 2076725.1)

In a VCP 12.1.3 Instance:
The 'Available Quantity' field in the 'Related Items' Window of the 'Sales Orders' Form, is showing infinite supply.

Although the available quantity of the item is zero, and this shows correctly in the Availability window on the sales order line and in the item supply/demand form, the Available Quantity shows as 10000000000 in the Available Qty field in the 'Related Items' window.

Orders, Returns --> Sales Orders
Enter an order and line (for an item with a related item) - Enter an item, where its related item is not available until the Infinite Supply Time Fence (ISTF) date.
Click on the Related Items button
View the 'Available Quantity' in the 'Related Items' window.  Note that it is 10000000000.
