Clarification is needed for the Cash Flow Edits Code 9184 'AmrtType/AccrlBasis Error' which has the following logic in the Oracle Financial Services Cash Flow Engine Reference Guide:
(ACCRUAL_BASIS_CD = 1, 4 or 5) and (PMT_FREQ_MULT =D or AMRT_TYPE_CD = 800, 801, or 802)
Should the "or" after PMT_FREQ_MULT be an "and" instead?
