Data Change Notification Of Wait Condition In Fulfillment Pattern Is Not Honored For Revision Order (Doc ID 2077096.1)

Goal

We have component A and component B, for component A we have configured the wait condition on Data Change Condition instead of Task State Completed.
1) Submit the base order ,process associated with component A start executing .
2) Update data in Task of Process(component A) for which data change notification is configured.
3) Component B will start executing.
Till this point it is working as expected

Now submit the revision order, the revision order should start amending Component B when data change happen in component A , as we have seen in base order but it is not happening.
Component B will not start amending until the process associated with component A reaches the same point of base order
