Symptoms

On : 12.2.4.1 version, Worksheet

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Time on Y axis does not respect column widths on X axis.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The time columns to be visible fully, so the width has to be adjusted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Collaborator Workbench.
2. Create a worksheet with Time on Y-Axis and Series on X-Axis
3. Manually adjusted the column width
4. Saved the worksheet (File > Save worksheet)
5. Refreshed the worksheet
6. Note the width of series adjusted back to original

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need to adjust the time axis width each time to see the complete numbers . In customer process, landscape layout (Series on X axis and Time on Y axis) is used only. Customer does not need dynamic width adjustment, but needs the application to show 10 Million $ and more up 999 Million $ comfortably without the user having to adjust the width. A fixed width which can display 10 digits + 3 commas + $ symbol comfortably. (Like $9,999,999,999). This will affect new upgraded instance.
