ZRG3009S Results in Error GEB-0585, Claim Cannot Be Processed

On production: version, Usage

When attempting to run ZRG3009S to process a claim,
the following error occurs.

GEB-0585 - The approval date must be filled in case of Financial Transaction status and with Rejected status. In all other cases the approval date must be empty.
Directly processing the claim in ZRG3004F is also not possible.

Users cannot fix this situation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ZRG3009S

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process one very large claim file.
