NFY Alarm: Next Crew Contact Required at Sends the NFY Alarm Only on Original Crew Contact Time Even When It Is Modified

NFY alarm: "Next Crew Contact Required at" sends the NFY alarm only on original crew contact time, even when it is modified
When you put a crew En Route or onsite to an event, a time populates to the Contact Required By column in the table in En Route/Onsite Crews. By default in OPAL, it is 1 hour after crew dispatch. Functionality exists to change that time. However when a new time is provided, it is ineffective. The NFY alarm for "Crew contact required for crew " appears always after 1 hour (rounded up) even though you provided a different time.
Notify should be generated shortly after expiration per checkCrewContactInterval SRS_RULES in JMService memory.
1. Place crew en route to an event.
2. Change crew contact time in event details and press reset crew contact time.
3. Note notify is created based off of original crew contact time.
