Embedded Images Do Not Appear in the CRFs in RDC

Goal
In RDC 5.0.1 it may seem that the URL to the images is hard coded when building the DCI Form Version.
For instance, if the DCI Form is built on build_server, the URL to the images is coded like https://<servername>
However, when the CRF is accessed in RDC from use_server, RDC still attempts to reference the image on build_server.
