In Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 14.0.x, when users attempt to access the System Options screen, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into ReIM application front end as a user with Admin role.
  2. Click on SYSTEM OPTIONS menu.
  3. Observe that the page does not open.
