New Status Reason Not Visible In Mobile Device (Doc ID 2077731.1)

A new selectable status reason is not appearing in the Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) as expected.  All of the deployment steps have been completed and the new deployment is active.  However, the new status reason is not available for the Mobile Workers.
