'Remove Report' menu is not shown when left mouse click the scheduled E2B icon (Doc ID 2078723.1)

Symptoms

On Case Form > Regulatory Reports tab when clicking the scheduled E2B icon by left mouse button,
the 'View Report Details' menu is listed but 'Remove Report' menu is not listed.

The case is being editable by case form, only the issue is that the 'Remove Report' menu is not displayed.
