Mail Quota Information Is Not Displayed (Doc ID 2078870.1)

Symptoms

When logging into Convergence 2.0-7.01 using the IE 9 browser and trying to review the mail quota information, the Quota Information pop-up is not displayed.

We are able to review the quota information when we log in using Firefox 25 or Chrome 31.
And we are able to review the quota information when we log into Convergence 2.0-6.01 and use IE 9.

The problem seem to have appeared after loading patch 7.

Steps to reproduce;
 1.  Log into Convergence 2p7 using IE 9 browser
 2.  Right-click on the mail address in the left frame
 3.  Select "Folder Properties"

Result:  the quota information is not displayed.
