Goal

Output of asap_utils - option 2 conflict with result from querying the DB as below:

SQL> select count(*) from tbl_wrk_ord where wo_stat = 103; --> result = 0

 asap_utils 2 returned as below:

9958 Work Order(s) in Progress. *** ***

There is a difference in this results which I would expect to be equal.
