Inactive Project Activities Not Visible In TimeSheet. (Doc ID 2079862.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.2.0.0 version, P6 Timesheets

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a Project is set to 'Inactive', the assignments are not shown in Timesheets at all.  Even when the option 'Resources can View Inactive Projects' is enabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see Assignments as per the option: 'Resources can View Inactive Projects' is enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Two Projects, both are set as 'Active'
2) In Team Member, Timesheet, enter 20h on activities from each Project.
3) Save Timesheet (Total of 40 Hours entered is verified).
4) In P6 Web, make one of the Projects 'Inactive'.
5) The option 'Resources can View Inactive Projects' is enabled via adding the Column to the EPS view.
6) In Team Member, Timesheet, the Timesheet (from step 3) is reopened & only 20h from the 'Active' Project are seen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view assignments for Inactive Projects.

Changes

Removed the setting from Project Settings to allow Viewing of Inactive Projects in 8.4 and later.
