How Do I Remove 0 Qty Demand In Planner's Workbench Since Demand Has Been Relieved? (Doc ID 2079971.1)

Why is MDS demand for an item
where the Original Qty <> 0 but
the Current Qty = 0 (completely consumed demand)
collected into MSC_DEMANDS with a 0 quantity
instead of being completely excluded from the collected data?

Customer finds this clutters the buyers workbench with unnecessary demand and supply entries creating confusion and increased cycle time in planning activities.

Customer testing finds setting the profile option MSC:Collect Completed Jobs = No does not resolve the issue.

How can one exclude such demand from the ASCP Collected data?
