Symptoms

While building a PSR-ordered Tier 1 Service Item for Customer Network, when working the NETDESG task, the circuits are showing up in the Network Systems ‘unprovisioned’ list as duplicated.
This is also occurring in the connections list under the Tier 1 service item summary tab of the PSR.
