F2T fails with "not a valid month" if a constant value is mapped to FIC_MIS_DATE column with #MISDATE (Doc ID 2080276.1)

Symptoms

Execution of a File To Table (F2T) load fails with below errors in the <FTPSHARE>/<INFORMATION_DOMAIN>/logs/<ETL_FILE_SOURCE_NAME>/<MIS_DATE>/<DATA_FILE_NAME>_dat.log 

FIC_MIS_DATE CONSTANT

Value is '00-00-000'

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table XX_XXXX_XX, column FIC_MIS_DATE.
ORA-01843: not a valid month

 

Changes

Configured a F2T definition as mentioned in the Support Note 1962304.1
