Database Read Error Using SQLite with UDF as Number And Decimal Symbol as Comma

Having a "," (comma) as a decimal symbol and inserting a UDF column as a number into a project makes P6 Professional fail to start with the error:

Database Read Error: Please Check C:\PRBADDATA.TXT


After clicking OK the following error is shown:

Exception EConvertError in module PM.exe at 000000000003A5E2.
TCVirtualTable.RefreshAppend: UDFVALUE: '5.0' is not a valid floating point value -> Data saved to c:\PRBADATA.TXT.
