How To Investigate "Error from {call RMSSUB_DSD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Order has not been approved" Message For DSD Orders Created In SIM (Doc ID 2080417.1)

After a Direct Store Delivery is created in SIM(Store Inventory Management), the messages fails in RMS(Retail Merchandising System)_RIB(Retail Integration Bus) tables
The error which can be seen in RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table is

"javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_DSD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] Order has not been approved".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and Receive a Direct Delivery in SIM.
2. Control SIM STAGED_MESSAGE table and notice that the message has been successfully processed.
3. Check RMS RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table and notice that message has failed with the error Order has not been approved.

What could be the reason for this error and how to investigate it?
