GA Crashes When Toggling Through Other User's Follow Ups (Doc ID 2080666.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.2.0 version, Core System

In GA if a user goes to Followups > Staff Member Detail and selects an activity filter in the Activity Type LOV, and then selects an activity in the resulting gridbox, GA crashes.  The workaround is to go to Staff Member Summary  and find the same activity; it opens with no issue.

A user should be able to select/open an activity from the Staff Member detail gridbox without issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open GA
2. Go to Staff Followups > Staff Member Detail and filter on an activity in the Activity Type LOV
3. Select an activity from the gridbox
4. GA System crashes

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot easily view and work on coworkers followups and progress the course of an application.
