An Extra Browser Page with the Link "" is Launched When Attempting to View a File using AutoVue for Agile PLM (Doc ID 2080681.1)

When using Agile Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Internet Explorer 11 and attempting to view files from AutoVue an additional browser window is launched with a link: aside from the  AutoVue Applet page which opens fine and displays the file.



Client browser may also get "Network Error (tcp_error)"

Expected Behavior:
AutoVue Applet page should be only the open page. There should not be an extra browser page with the link mentioned above.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Agile Web Client using Internet Explorer 11
  2. Attempt to open a file in AutoVue from Agile Web Client
  3. Notice that an extra browser page will pop up which has the following link:
