Symptoms
A model has a three-phase nominally-open elbow switch that connects two single-phase conductor segments. Conductor A is phase A. The elbow is 3-phase. Conductor B is phase B. When the elbow is closed, energization does not get carried across the elbow. |
If both sides are energized, one would expect that closing the switch would result in a "You are about to create a loop" warning, however, nothing happens.
