In Oracle Retail Merchandising System(RMS) 14.1.x, ASNIN (Advance Shipping Notice Inbound) message generates incorrect shipment quantity when supplier sup_qty_level  is 'CA' (Cases).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a Purchase Order (PO) for a supplier having sup_qty_level set to 'CA' (cases) and an item with supp_pack_size > 1.
  2. Approve the PO.
  3. Create 2 ASNIN inbound RIB messages using item_id and ref_item as the item identifier.  Specify unit_qty as a multiple of supplier pack size.
  4. Note that quantity expected is not updated correctly in SHIPSKU table when ref_item is used in ASNIN message.
