Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After importing a P6 EPPM 15.1 or later Oracle database, multiple synonyms, grants and views are listed as Missing in the ~\database\validate.bat (.sh) Schema Validation report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be no Missing objects in the Schema Validation report after importing the database.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Import database using Oracle IMP or IMPDP feature.
  2. Run the Schema Validation utility (~\database\validate.bat (.sh)).
  3. Observe the Missing objects displayed in the Schema Validation report.
