On : 2.4.3 version, Execution Component

When attempting to submit an existing Workflow, after applying LSH patch,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply LSH patch
2. Resubmit existing Workflow


 Applied LSH patch and executed the post installation program.
