Cannot Login To The Archive Administration Page for DIVArchive Web Services API (Doc ID 2081866.1)

Unable to access the Web Services Admin Page via Various updated or new browsers. Instead of viewing the Admin home page within Web Services, a white page with an error displays. 

Receives the following or similar error when attempting to access:

An error occurred during a connection. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)


 This usually Occurs when the browser has been updated to a new version or used browser has been switched. In example going from Chrome to Firefox, or Chrome automatically updating to the newest version.
