Symptoms
When a transitional telephone number (TN) is scheduled for recall from the TN inventory window and if there is a higher suffix that is InService, the recall job fails and shows the error "of_process_tn_intl:20 :ORA-01407: cannot update ("ASAP"."NI_NBR_INV"."NI_STATUS_NBR_CD") to NULL" in the Job manager.
