Pipeline Throwing Error ERR_INVALID_RUM_IN_RUMGROUP During Startup (Doc ID 2082224.1)

Goal

On : 7.5.0.12.0 version, Pipeline Manager

Pipeline isn't working. Observed an error during pipeline start:


Steps:

1. Insert basic pipeline configuration
2. execute update_pin_tables.sql and update_ifw_tables.sql
3. Start BRE, RRE, and syncPDC
4. Reload PDCSampleBE.xml and PDCSampleRum.xml
5. Add sevice-event map for services: TelcoGprs, TelcoGsmFax, TelcoGsmSms, ServiceSettlementRoamingOutcollect, ServiceTelcoGsmData, Service (/service), ServiceIpGprs, ServiceTelcoGsmTelephony , ServiceSettlementRoamingIncollect
6. Submit change set without errors
