Invalid request error while changing HOME PAGE on DEFAULT SCREEN (Doc ID 2082238.1)

On : version, Administration_OFSS

When attempting to Change the Home Page from Default screen after successful login,
the following error occurs.

Invalid request / Error while processing request
Please contact your System Administrator for more information.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFSAAI With a valid user
2. Select a page from the drop down on Default Screen to Set My Home Page
3. Click Save button

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change HOME PAGE.
