On : 6.2.1 version, PSR
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The customer receives an error when they try to open the properties for a
newly created NPIN. Specifically , if they right click below the number in
the grey area they get the error
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application should not really crash in a uncontrolled fashion. The user would like to access the properties for the telephone number.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign telephone numbers to orders..
