Copy ASCP Plan To RP Plan Got Error MaxLoopCount exceeded in SimpleBufferPlanner (Doc ID 2082632.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Oracle RP R12.1.3.9.1: Copy ASCP To RP Got Error

ASCP & RP prod system is online last week. The version for them is Version R12.1.3.9.1

ANALYSIS

It has been determined after lot of Debugging till now as :
We have 9 planning organizations. If we copy RP plan which has only the specified planning organization, it runs about half an hour to finish the copying; If we copy RP plan which has other 8 planning organizations, it runs less than 20 minutes; If we copy RP plan which has the whole 9 planning organizations, the copying process never ends. So, we think whether the bad data in this specified organization causes this issue.

Currently, the RP plan 56025's status in msc.msc_plans is '5'. FYR.

The plan with the 9 Planning Organizations is stuck as stated above, and the engine log has the below error :

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Navigate to Responsibility > Advanced Supply Chain Planner. & Supply Chain Simulation Planner.
2. Run a ASCP plan with MPS as Demand schedule
3. Copy ASCP plan to RP plan
4. All the concurrent requests Memory based snapshot and Rapid Planner complete fine.
5. The UI still shows the RP plan as running with the running icon not getting completed.
