In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), while executing the HTSUPLD batch for importing Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) data, processing only four HTS codes requires over an hour.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Execute HTSUPLD after ensuring there is large amount of data in the following tables: CURRENCIES, CURRENCY_RATES, ELC_COMP, CVB_HEAD,CVB_DETAIL, and HTS_* tables
- Note the poor performance.
