Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Followed the official document to install Primavera Unifier, and the Unifier can not startup after deployed, the application status was "Prepared".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Log into the Weblogic console.
2. Check deployments, Unifier application status always is Prepared.
3. Tried to start the service, but the instance status not changed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application should be able to start successfully.
