Goal

On 6.0.0.3.0 version of Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller Cartridges (OCOMC), one user wants to pass "WHOLESALE_AMOUNT" field from OCOMC to Elastic Charge Engine (ECE). "WHOLESALE_AMOUNT" is of Decimal data type in ECE and the user has declared as Double in OCOMC.

While processing Call Detail Record (CDR), there was the error:

But from the document <Note 2020563.1>, it says: "In ECE DC NPL Expose Block Integer in Offline Mediation Controller; String, Long and Double fields are supported."

Please suggest how to pass "Decimal" fields from OCOMC to ECE?
