Unable To Process The FULFILORD Family Messages Successfully Through RIB (Doc ID 2083159.1)

Goal

When trying to publish a  FULFILORD (Fulfill Order) family message with message type as 'FULFILORDSTDLVCRE' or any other type which is part of Fulfill Order family, it is failing with below errors :
