Error In ECE Diameter Gateway While Doing Online Charging Using Seagull (Doc ID 2083232.1)

Goal

Below error occurs while trying to process online charging request in ECE Diameter gateway using seagull:

Just before this error, there is successful response for CER/CEA received with response code : DIAMETER_SUCCESS (2001)
