Currency Formats Across the Backoffice Reports are Incorrect (Doc ID 2083475.1)

Symptoms

After applying the <Patch 20310795> referred in <Document 1986723.1>, Currency formats across the Back Office(BO) reports are incorrect for users whose preferred language is different from application default locale.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Setup BO and Point Of Service(POS) with Dutch(nl_NL) as default locale.
2. Create an Employee(eg: X) with English as language.

Before applying <Patch 20310795>

a. Login to POS with employee X.
b. Open Till.
c. Perform some Transactions.
d. Close the Till from POS.
e. Now login to BO and Reconcile the Till.
f. In the Till Summary Report all the currency formats are displaying correctly.

After applying the <Patch 20310795>

a. Login to POS with employee X.
b. Open Till.
c. Perform some Transactions.
d. Close the Till from POS.
e. Now login to BO and Reconcile the Till.
f. In the Till Summary Report few of currency fields having incorrect formats.

For other reports like FlashSales etc are also having incorrect currency formats after applying the patch.
