Last updated on DECEMBER 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When attempting to access Reports or WFA applications, user is repeatedly prompted for login credentials.  Even when typing proper username and password, the application continues to ask for credentials again.

The Remote Container service seemed to be running properly.

This issue does not occur when opening other applications within the PLM for Process suite.

The following error was found in the ProdikaReporting event log.

If restarting IIS, it is possible to access all modules again.

Login process failed for user name '{username}'.
