Fields Are Created As FieldTypeCode='00' in Various Scenarios

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Actual Behavior

In certain scenarios (Ex. using some attached rules or spawning activities,) fields are being created with NULL values and TypeCode of '00'

When using MaintainRelationships to create a ClientRelationship record and adding a field in the AsClientRelationshipField of datatype TEXT with a NULL value
causes the FieldTypeCode to be set to '00' instead of setting it to '01' as it should.
This causes issues later on when updating that field to have a date inside; it gives an error that it doesn't recognize the field as a date field.

"The data type DATE is not compatible with the data type for fieldName:..."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use MaintainRelationships to create a ClientReleationship.
2. Add a field of type TEXT with a NULL value.
3. Process the activity
4. Verify the FieldTypeCode is incorrectly set to '00'
